Songstress Jane Brody is a professional, critically acclaimed recording artist/singer-songwriter and teacher from Maryland and later New York City. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Education from the University of Maryland. Ms. Brody has been teaching since 1988. Lorrie Harris of Sunshine Entertainment has been singing since the age of 5. She has developed Award Winning Talent in the Bay area and has been teaching for 20 years. Her smooth but powerful Vocal Style includes R&B, Rock, Pop and everything in between. Our Piano instructor Linda Henning has been teaching for over 25 years. Her unique teaching style incorporates her specialized degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development with an emphasis in the Childhood Years. She feels that music is like a beautiful gift – every person of all ages can open the gift and enjoy it.

We offer a number of different piano teaching methods and styles including traditional sight reading, playing without learning to read music, chord-based methods, improvisation, songwriting & theory. Your voice teacher will also be able to see any weak points that a trainer of a choir or group class may not notice. Our teachers are here to help you whether you are a complete beginner or are looking to improve on your current vocal skills. Songwriting lessons will help students understand the structure of songs, and from there transform them from the casual lyricist to the sharpest songwriter they can possibly be. So if you want to become a lyrical genius like classic John Lennon or Ed Sheeran, Adele, and Taylor Swift, enroll in lessons and start your songwriting career today!
